**Transforming Customer Information Systems at Westpac Group**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our Group Customer Master (GCM) Team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Westpac Group's Customer Information Systems, including Oracle Customer Hub / Universal Customer Master, CIS, GCIS, and Customer Domain APIs.

This is a hybrid Technical Business Analyst and Data Analyst function that will primarily support the GCM Simplification Program. You may also work across multiple smaller projects across the GCM LOB Teams, such as GCM Consumer Banking, GCM Business Banking, and GCM WIB. Your project assignment will be based on business needs and determined by your Line Manager.

In this role, you will deliver end-to-end Agile and Waterfall Projects, including exposure to all related delivery processes, principles, best practices, tools, and techniques. You will also have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team of passionate people who share a shared ambition to make a difference for our customers, communities, and each other.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive remuneration package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. **Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • At least 5 years of experience across Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, and Data Analysis fields.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Data Analysis disciplines, processes, best practices, tools, and techniques.
