About the Role

Join us at a time of rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager who can help take our team to new levels of efficiency. This is a part-time role based in our head office in Beresfield and reporting directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Financial administration and bookkeeping
  • Payroll processing and management
  • Audit and compliance
  • Process bills and super payments
  • Manage accounts email and liaise with clients for invoicing
  • Process month-end invoicing and end-of-month reporting
  • Daily reconciliations of Xero

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience using Xero and other accounting software, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
