Customer Success Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Teradata. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer value realization and adoption of our data and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including executive-level stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver successful customer outcomes and identify upselling and expansion opportunities.
- Educate customers on how to leverage Teradata solutions to solve their most pressing business challenges.
- Own the Net Promoter Score Survey and CSAT process to ensure customer feedback and follow-up on detractors.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a skilled communicator with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. You should have a keen interest in data and analytics technologies and experience in promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises. A background in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is also a plus.
