Operations Team Member - Sydney Fleet

We are seeking a reliable team member to support our daily operations in inner-Sydney. You will work collaboratively with our fleet management team to ensure the smooth operation of our e-bike fleet.

This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will be responsible for navigating to various locations throughout Sydney to swap old batteries for charged ones in the e-bikes. You will also need to ensure that the Lime fleet is parked in a compliant manner around the city.

You will start and finish every shift at our warehouse in St Peters, where you'll be supplied with a van, equipment, and technology to undertake your tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise our operations app to undertake tasks and submit reports
  • Follow directions to map locations and undertake tasks as required
  • Perform in-field swaps of e-bike batteries that are low on charge
  • Communicate with and respond quickly to live requests, including through app use
  • Move share bikes to different locations
  • Retrieve share ebikes from undesirable locations

Requirements:

  • Be over 25 years of age (insurance requirement)
  • Hold a valid driver's license - comfortable driving and parking larger vans safely
  • Be fit and active - able to lift 30kgs frequently
  • Familiarity with using smartphones / technology (iOS/iPhone experience preferred)
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (safety permitting)
  • Great attitude and collaboration skills - teamwork is key to success
