Daily Operations Manager

The role of Program Coordinator is pivotal in supporting the daily operations and team management within our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service.
Duties and Responsibilities- Support the Service Coordinator with daily operations and team management, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Develop high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, fostering a nurturing environment for growth and development.
- Oversee daily program operations, guaranteeing compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with staff management, including administrative tasks, communication with families, and the school community.
- Relevant childcare or teaching qualification, such as a Diploma in Children's Services, either completed or actively pursuing.
- Experience in programming and a genuine passion for delivering quality childcare services.
- Administrative expertise and documentation skills, with experience in OSHC settings.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and staff.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
- A valid Blue Card (Suitability to Work with Children and Young People), or commitment to obtaining it.
