**Job Opportunity**
We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to support the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of our kitchen.
Located in the heart of Perth, we offer modern amenities and an excellent working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation and presentation
- Producing food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienically
- Maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Working closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Full Australian Working rights
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with background in grill, banquet, breakfast, and preparation sections
- Strong technical abilities, reliable, flexible, and works well under pressure
- Skilled in time management and organisation
