GHD is a leading provider of professional services to the energy sector, and we are seeking a highly skilled Wind Energy Engineer to join our team. As a Wind Energy Engineer, you will play a critical role in accelerating the transition to a net zero future, working on a wide range of projects across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement wind farm development and construction projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Conduct site activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, physics, meteorology, or mathematics
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in wind farm development and construction projects
  • Proficiency in wind farm design and development software, including WindPRO, WAsP, WindFarmer, Openwind, and WindSim
  • Experience in wind farm Owner's Engineer activities, including site activities and measurement and PCV testing
  • Familiarity with wind conditions and turbine suitability, as well as knowledge of measurement and PCV testing
  • Experience in EBOP or CBOP design and knowledge of site construction works for energy generation projects
  • Desire to drive continuous improvement practices and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence
