About the Graduate Program
  • Tackle real-world challenges and make a meaningful impact on Australia's clean energy future.
  • Develop your skills through four, six-month placements across diverse business areas aligned to your degree.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration with like-minded individuals.
Eligibility Criteria
  1. Degree: Hold or be in your final year of your degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. Australian or New Zealand citizen/permanent resident or eligible permanent visa holder.
  3. Graduate or expected graduate by the end of 2026.
  4. Available for Assessment Centre in-person in Sydney, Australia.
  5. Demonstrate key qualities: Strong team player, clear communicator, lateral thinker, and passionate about environmental and social responsibility.
The Recruitment Process
  1. Eligibility: Check your eligibility and ensure you meet the required degree qualification.
  2. Submit application: Create a profile on our careers portal and submit your application.
  3. Screening: Our recruitment team will assess your application and inform you if you are unsuccessful.
  4. Online Testing: If you pass screening, you will receive an email with instructions for our online test covering numeracy, literacy, and abstract reasoning.
  5. Online Video Interview: Candidates who meet the cognitive testing benchmark will be invited to complete a one-way video interview.
  6. Shortlisting: The recruitment team will evaluate your video interview and notify you if you are unsuccessful.
  7. Assessment Centre: Successful candidates will be invited to our in-person Assessment Centre in Sydney, Australia.
  8. Pre-Employment Checks: Candidates selected at the Assessment Centre will be invited to undergo pre-employment checks.
  9. Offer of Employment: Successful candidates will receive a verbal offer of employment followed by a formal written offer sent by email.
