Job Overview:

This is a highly impactful role where you will drive strategic leadership, technical vision, and hands-on expertise to redefine the technology foundation of our client.

The company is a growing fintech with global operations and market reach, offering attractive equity incentives aligned to long-term success. As a senior technology strategist, you will take the lead in driving the re-platforming program using modern architectures and AI-assisted development.

You will be responsible for leading the technology function, ensuring stability of current systems while building a next-generation fintech platform. A significant portion of your time (around 25%) will be spent coding and prototyping, guiding best practices, and solving complex challenges.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 8+ years of engineering experience, with proven leadership in B2B SaaS platform development, preferably in fintech or financial services. You should be a technical leader who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and is comfortable both setting direction and contributing code.

A strong track record of leveraging AI in development and prototyping solutions, as well as expertise across .NET, C#, REST APIs, SQL, and modern development frameworks, is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a commercial environment are also required.
