We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Fleet Controller to join our team based at Melbourne Airport. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and results-driven professional to take ownership of fleet management within our dedicated region.

About the Role

This key position plays a crucial role in ensuring maximum availability of vehicle assets, optimal expense control, and effective management of internal and external stakeholders. As a Regional Fleet Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating fleet allocation, franchise coordination, repair, warranty, and maintenance, as well as managing fleet deliverables and disposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fleet Allocation and Franchise Coordination: Plan, communicate, and manage the allocation of fleet and business unit movements to meet customer demand.
  • Coordination of Fleet Repair, Warranty, and Maintenance: Coordinate and manage the upkeep of fleet in collaboration with operations team members, ensuring data is recorded accurately within COBRA and for internal reporting.
  • Fleet Deliverables and Disposals: Manage the onboarding and offboarding of fleet in accordance with customer demand.
  • Fleet Information Systems and Data Proficiency: Utilize data trends and monthly reviews to manage fleet availability.
  • Operational Support: Provide advice, fleet knowledge, and input on projects/trials to support our operational team.

  • A full driver's license.
