Senior Training Education Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Education Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead employee education and training activities across our Cardiac Rhythm Management business.

  • Ensure employees maintain technical proficiency with products and procedural training.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee structured annual recertification programs that reinforce marketing strategies and enhance technical skills.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute education plans for new product launches, coordinating training initiatives for both field staff and customers.
  • Active involvement in new hire training by supporting in-person training, plus field coaching, supervision, and competency assessments.
  • Support customer education manager by involvement in customer events and training programs as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7 years of professional experience in electrophysiology, nursing, allied health, engineering, and/or implantable cardiac devices.
  • Knowledge of education and training techniques; valuable to have certifications in instructional design or adult learning.
