Exceptional Customer Service Representative Wanted

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our frontline fuel team. As an exceptional customer service representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to EG customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver brilliant customer service and create memorable experiences for customers
  • Promote products and in-store deals to increase sales
  • Operate point of sale systems and assist with fuel and stock deliveries
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
  • A confident and energetic approach to each shift
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
