About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to deliver exceptional support services that place clients' goals, preferences, and independence at the centre of everything you do.

You will support people living with disability to live their best lives—safely, confidently, and with dignity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and domestic assistance
  • Promoting independence through skill-building and empowerment
  • Assisting with transport, social participation, and community access
  • Administering medication (if suitably qualified)
  • Delivering short-term and respite care for families and carers
  • Supporting clients with emotional, behavioural, mental health, and technology needs

The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player who can adapt in fast-paced or challenging environments, possess empathetic and respectful communication skills, and have hands-on experience in personal care, medication administration, and behaviour support.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or above in Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, or a related field
  • Minimum 12 months of relevant experience
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Commitment to person-centred care and client independence
