Your Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Care: Provide high-quality medical care, including assessing health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
  • Wound Management: Manage and dress wounds, prevent infections, and promote proper wound healing.
  • Healthcare Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on specific needs and medical conditions.
  • Assessment and Documentation: Conduct thorough health assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and document changes in residents' health conditions.
  • Pain Management: Address pain concerns and implement pain management strategies.
  • Emergency Response: Prepare to handle medical emergencies and coordinate the response as necessary.
  • End-of-life Care: Provide comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.
Skills & Experience Required
  • AHPRA Registration is mandatory for this role.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards is essential.
  • You will need to be adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn in this dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative teamwork skills are crucial in this role.
