Job Overview

The Road Service Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the seamless operation of heavy road technicians. This position requires an experienced and motivated individual who can provide technical support, identify tooling/training needs, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee major projects and builds, coordinating resources and sub-contractors to exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for training and standardization of work practices.
  • Enhance customer interaction, establishing robust working relationships with operational staff.
  • Ensure timely completion of all work within planned expectations.
  • Provide team leads with adequate resources for successful project completion.
  • Collaborate on estimate details with the heavy road team.
  • Conduct and facilitate major inspections as required.
  • Liaise with the factory to address technical issues.
  • Manage key customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Hold a trade certificate in a mechanical discipline or demonstrate competency with relevant qualifications.
  • Possess a C class driver's license.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift Licence.
  • Driver Licence.
