Dynamic Project Coordinator Role

We offer a flexible 9-day fortnight or monthly day off, allowing you to have more time to focus on the things that make you happy. You'll also receive an additional 5 days of anniversary leave each year on top of your 4 weeks of annual leave, providing a total of 5 weeks of leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and tagged for safe working order.
  • Coordinate Road Service Technicians to meet customer requirements and achieve cost and delivery targets.
  • Generate estimates as required for heavy road customers in consultation with Customer Service Representatives.
  • Oversee and supervise estimate works, ensuring they are completed in line with estimated repair parameters.
  • Provide professional and efficient call service to our clients.
  • Organise and direct technicians through job completion to ensure timely, efficient, and safe execution.

About Your Background

  • You should have a solid background and experience in the Heavy Fork Truck Industry or similar construction equipment.
  • Demonstrated supervision skills and a proven track record.
  • Computer & Administrative skills in Microsoft Outlook & Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of customer relations and business processes.

Requirements and Expectations

  • Australian Work Authorisation (required).
  • Industrial equipment experience preferred but not essential.
