About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Practice Administrator to join our Corporate M&A team in Sydney on a full-time basis. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to Partners and colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to 2x Partners and the wider team, including drafting and reviewing correspondence and documentation.
- Managing files, telephones, electronic diaries, and voicemail for team members.
- Organizing meetings, restaurant reservations, and travel bookings.
- Assisting with general accounts, reporting, and monthly billing.
- Supporting business development activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a legal secretarial position.
- Strong technical skills, including MS Word and document management systems.
- A proactive approach to your responsibilities and a drive to improve processes.
- A flexible and highly professional approach, working around the needs of the practice and stakeholders.
- The ability to anticipate the needs of Partners.
