We are seeking a dynamic Health and Safety Professional to drive our proactive and practical safety culture.

Job Description:

This hands-on role requires agility, confidence, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure our HSE systems are compliant, effective, practical, and easy to follow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the on-site HSE expert, advising leaders, supporting safety projects, and driving safety culture
  • Coach frontline teams, oversee contractors, and manage daily safety issues in the field
  • Coordinate incident investigations, hazard reporting, and compliance activities
  • Assist with Occupational Hygiene activities, such as gas testing and noise monitoring
  • Maintain and improve HSE and Contractor Management systems and documentation
  • Run toolbox talks, emergency drills, and HSE forums
  • Track performance, report KPIs, and support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the wider HSE team to deliver site-wide programs and keep training up to date
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or related field
  • Significant HSE experience in Oil and Gas or Major Hazard Facilities
  • Proficient in gas testing (Inert / BTEX / Ammonia)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with HSE reporting and management systems
