Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Officer to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day financial and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate financial and administrative tasks for the department
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Process credit applications, invoices, and debt collection
  • Perform general cashiering duties

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or tertiary education in a related field
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
  • Experience working with Excel
