Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Officer to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day financial and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial and administrative tasks for the department
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records
- Prepare financial reports
- Process credit applications, invoices, and debt collection
- Perform general cashiering duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or tertiary education in a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
- Experience working with Excel
