About the Role

The People Support Team is the central point of contact for Lifeblood's People & Culture support. This role will provide specialist support and advice to employees and managers in relation to People related processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the approval of workflow transactions to ensure adherence of the end-to-end processes, including the creation and return of employee variation letters and employment contracts.
  • Proactively collaborate and initiate continuous improvement across the complete employee life cycle which includes processes and systems.
  • Regularly partner with internal customers to identify ways to enhance line manager and employee experience through day-to-day service delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong and detailed knowledge of the complete HR life-cycle processes and procedures.
  • Experience in supporting HR and Payroll services in the current and future operating models.
  • Detailed understanding of organisational HR policies and governance, i.e. risk management, data protection, etc.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy across Microsoft products, including SharePoint.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to work with multiple data sets for analytics and insights.
  • Proven ability to identify, assess and resolve problems.
  • High attention to detail to support ongoing user acceptance & system testing.
  • Strong team orientation and the ability to work collaboratively across the division and the organisation as a whole.
  • Continuous learning, upskilling and cross-skilling with self and team in mind.
  • Continuous improvement and innovation focused (initiate, lead and deliver).
  • Experience across other HR and Payroll systems with a preference to SAP Success Factors or CHRIS21 would be highly regarded.
