Job Title: Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to provide onsite counselling and workplace support to our customers.

The successful candidate will work on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in Logan Central, QLD. This role involves providing multidisciplinary onsite services, including:

  • Walk and Talk sessions
  • One-on-one counselling
  • Toolbox meetings
  • Lunchtime awareness sessions
  • Peer supervision for managers

We require a qualified and experienced counsellor who is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.

The ideal candidate will have had experience in a relevant role, along with the relevant qualification and registration with the appropriate professional body.
