Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled mental health professional to provide therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and their families.

This is a full-time position available, with the flexibility to start part-time and grow into a full caseload over time.

  • Specialized services include anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion regulation, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, life transitions, sensory regulation, emotional development, school readiness, daily living skills, social participation, and mental health support for young people.

Employment options include contractor or employee arrangements, with the freedom to shape your week and maintain work-life balance.

The successful applicant will have strong client engagement and retention skills, enjoy working independently but value team connection, and have a positive, compassionate approach.

The clinic is located in Springwood, QLD, 25 minutes from Brisbane CBD, with on-site parking, strong local networks, and easy access to the highway.
