About the Role

As a member of the Grace Worldwide team, you will be responsible for providing premium customer service and account management to some of the world's leading organizations and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver client records and information with precision and care.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain high-profile account service delivery, ensuring seamless interactions with clients.
  • Ensure the daily management and security of client records, adhering to strict compliance and storage protocols.
  • Process and retrieve valuable information and manage document requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize computer technology, including scanners and PCs, to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
About You

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
  • A hardworking and reliable attitude, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Good physical fitness, with the ability to perform manual handling tasks with ease.
  • Basic computer literacy skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or transport roles is an asset, but not essential.
  • Flexibility with work hours and days, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
