About the Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team at Right at Home. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, empowering them to live independently and maintain a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and domestic support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to improve clients' lives and promote their independence.
  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments and shopping, and provide social support to enhance their overall well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the Right at Home team to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services.
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police Check.
  • Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Smart mobile phone.
  • Authorization to work in Australia.
