Key Mechanic Position Available

We are seeking a skilled Field Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our field-based team, you will play a significant part in delivering quality service to our customers.

  • Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base.
  • Utilize the latest field-based mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule.
  • Manage inventory on company allocated service vans & customer sites.
  • Gain experience working with Australia's top-tier customer base.
  • Perform routine maintenance & complete service work – reactive & planned.

You will be required to:

  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Provide high-level customer service and support.
  • Access industry-leading training and development.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician.
  • Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
