About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your colleagues to achieve success, overseeing all aspects of operations, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales performance and developing proactive strategies for improvement
  • Making significant contributions to revenue targets
  • Overseeing profit and loss levels, ensuring efficient financial management
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving member concerns effectively
  • Recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing staff members

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience managing sales teams with 5+ direct/indirect reports in high-volume environments. Ideally within the fitness industry
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in financial management and monitoring P&L
  • The ability to engage and motivate a diverse team across club operations
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
