We are for a candiate that can show that experience of
- Leading and coaching **group training classes**, including strength, conditioning, flexibility, and mobility.
- Create a **welcoming and motivating atmosphere** for all members.
- Modify exercises for different fitness levels, ensuring inclusivity and safety.
- Inspire and educate members on **long-term health and sustainable training**, not short-term challenges.
- Support members in overcoming **gym anxiety** and self-doubt.
- Be a positive, compassionate, and enthusiastic presence in our community.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $75.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
