The role of Operational Logistics Manager is to oversee the daily operations of a Howqua campus. This involves managing complex scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating daily activities efficiently.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to manage staff effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
It is essential that the Operational Logistics Manager can work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and solution-focused culture. They will also need to liaise professionally and empathetically with staff, students, and parents, maintaining clear and timely communication across all levels of the school community.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in operations/scheduling, hold a teaching qualification, and demonstrate exceptional ability to manage complex scheduling, maintain accurate records, and coordinate daily operations efficiently.
