**Who are we?**
eStore Logistics is the market leading eCommerce and omni-channel third-party Logistics provider (3PL). We are a tech enabled logistics leader, having a strong reputation as the trusted fulfilment partner for our clients which include Australia's largest pure play online retailer, Australia's largest online furniture retailer, more than 10 of Australia's top 50 eCommerce businesses and many iconic retailers which have a retail store and eCommerce presence.

The business is rapidly expanding and currently has 8 fulfilment centres (FC) across Australia. eStore Logistics has recently introduced Australian-first goods to person picking technology that utilises autonomous mobile robots at its Victorian sites and continues to cement itself as a market leader in the 3PL space.

**What are we looking for?**
In line with the company's goals, the Commercial Pricing Manager will be responsible for implementing strategies that will in turn acquire new business and evolve pricing solutions for both new and existing customers. Leading a small team of two, you will work within a predefined and robust pricing structure, though have the ability to utilise your skills and knowledge in activity-based cost model development, logistics and process optimisation within the commercial sector to make it your own.
**What will you do?**
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for working within a customer acquisition environment and thrive on exceeding sales pipeline targets. You will have experience working with internal stakeholders and systems to extract data whilst understanding requirements and performance to uphold commercial validation on existing accounts and have a proven track record of understanding modelling structures, with the ability to build efficient and user-friendly models. You will possess experience in generating and providing management reports to senior leadership teams that cover sales activities, experience in operating CRMS and knowledge in managing activity-based cost models and maintaining sourcing data associated with both costs and business functions. Furthermore, you will be a driver of success and provide your team with the tools and knowledge to innovate processes.
- Minimise pricing lead times by ensuring pricing tools are continually maintained
- Awareness and mitigation of commercial and operational risk
- Provide solutions that reap mutual gain to all stakeholders
- Exceed growth, conversion and profitability targets
- Build brand awareness and the overall fulfilment experience through relationship building and best practice solutions
- Develop and empower a small team to overcome barriers and drive business performance
**What skills will you have?**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Background in third-party logistics, freight or warehousing highly regarded
- Experience in leading a small team
- Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google
- A strong customer service ethic, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with your client group
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, organised and effectively solve problems with an innovative mindset
- Ability to establish and maintain effective rapport with personnel at all levels, within and external to eStore Logistics
- Knowledge and experience in the development of activity based cost modelling
- Degree qualified in accounting, business analytics or finance
**Additional requirements**:
- Prepared to undertake any additional training to complement the operation.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residence.
