We are seeking Defence Professionals with strong interpersonal and technical skills to support the planning and delivery of major defence capability projects. Core skillsets required include project management, systems engineering, Integrated Logistic Support and Integrated Product Support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide project management, systems engineering or integrated logistics support for large defence projects and programs.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and enhance existing connections within internal and external teams.
  • Utilise effective communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills to deliver results.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Lead the delivery of projects to optimise time, cost and quality outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant field.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience/training.
  • Project management training or qualification is desirable.
  • Able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Australian Government Baseline NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Prior experience working on defence capability projects is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
