Our compliance function builds and maintains a robust compliance culture across our Medical division and Corporate departments in Australia and New Zealand. We identify and mitigate compliance risks for all entities in this region.

The Risk and Compliance Manager reports to the Regional Compliance Officer and is responsible for ensuring our organisation upholds a strong compliance culture. Key focus areas include fraud, bribery, corruption, competition, privacy, and data protection.

You will provide direction and guidance on compliance matters to Senior Leadership Team, divisions, and business groups, building relationships with key stakeholders and guiding employees on compliance issues. You will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting compliance initiatives and projects
  • Conducting reviews of contracts
  • Investigating or supporting investigations into reported irregularities
