We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our retail operations, providing exceptional service to customers and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update front sales area retail displays to showcase products effectively.
- Market and sell parts to customers, meeting or exceeding business plan targets and goals.
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones to drive sales growth.
- Coordinate and implement the supply of parts and services to retail front counter customers efficiently.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all front counter, phone, and email inquiries from customers.
- Generate accurate and timely parts sales invoices and process credit returns as required.
- Raise vendor purchase orders to ensure smooth supply chain management.
- Reconcile cash sales on a daily basis in accordance with administration requirements.
