Senior Loan Structurer

We seek a seasoned professional to structure and manage loans from application through to settlement.
The successful candidate will collaborate with senior professionals to review client financials, build strong relationships, and lodge and manage applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop tailored lending solutions;
- Establish effective communication with clients, lenders, and partners;
- Provide exceptional customer service and support;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in mortgage broking or lending;
- Strong understanding of loan structuring and credit policy;
- Exposure to complex lending or international clients (expat, self-employed, trust/company structures);
- Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent);
