Job Overview

This role encompasses the entire lending cycle, commencing from credit proposal assessment and extending through to settlement.

  • Assess client scenarios and structure loan applications
  • Conduct product and policy checks across lenders
  • Own the loan file from submission through to settlement
  • Liaise with lenders, aggregators, referral partners, and clients
  • Ensure compliance and documentation are accurate and complete
  • Support brokers in delivering an exceptional client experience

This is a hands-on role, suitable for someone who has previously worked in a mortgage brokerage and can confidently manage the full lending process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage client scenarios and structure loan applications
  2. Carry out thorough product and policy assessments across multiple lenders
  3. Oversee the loan lifecycle, from initial submission to final settlement
  4. Maintain open communication channels with lenders, aggregators, referral partners, and clients
  5. Guarantee accurate and comprehensive compliance and documentation
  6. Provide ongoing support to brokers to ensure a superior client experience
