People Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Services Manager to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our People Services function, overseeing payroll, people processes, systems, and people metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to the People Services team, ensuring accountability, performance, and well-being expectations are met.
- Develop and implement effective payroll and people services, ensuring compliance with best practice, public service, and legal requirements.
- Determine and establish regular people metrics, reporting, and insights to drive workforce planning and inform effective workforce decisions.
- Develop and implement ongoing guidance to improve manager capability and accountability for key people requirements and processes.
- Ensure the functionality and integrity of our systems, including CHRIS21, Springboard, and ELMO.
You will bring strong leadership experience in HR or shared services, with a focus on delivering people-centric operational systems, processes, and advice. You will have a proven track record in managing payroll and people services, delivering process improvement, and be passionate about the value of data insights in decision-making.
High knowledge/experience with systems like CHRIS21 or ELMO will be highly regarded. Experience in the public sector or legal sector will also be highly regarded.
