The ideal candidate will lead a team of academic teachers to ensure the delivery of high-quality education programs to students. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the diploma program, ensuring smooth teaching, learning, and student engagement.

This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and supervise the teaching team, including casual and ongoing academic staff. The successful candidate will also provide leadership in course and unit development.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications at AQF level 9 in a relevant discipline area, five years teaching experience within a higher educational environment, and demonstrated knowledge and experience of innovative approaches to learning and teaching.

This is a part-time position offered at 0.8 full-time equivalent. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate flexibility in how their hours are distributed across the working week.
