Job Overview

This role presents an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership position in our establishment. You will be responsible for overseeing staff management, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the venue.

You will play a hands-on role behind the bar, preparing cocktails, serving beverages, and taking food orders. Additionally, you will provide coaching to your team on excellent customer service and hospitality standards, support a positive work environment, and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

The ideal candidate will possess infectious enthusiasm and positivity, proven experience in leadership roles within the hospitality industry, and a solid understanding of financial operations. A can-do attitude, valid RSA license, and previous experience in managing teams are also highly desirable.
