This role involves delivering exceptional customer service on behalf of our organization. You will undertake a comprehensive assessment of customer needs to provide tailored advice and referrals to appropriate services. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely, positive, and professional interactions with customers.
- Minimum three years' experience in customer-facing roles or administration
- Previous experience in the disability sector and understanding of the NDIS preferred
- Demonstrated ability to use customer relationship management databases (Salesforce experience advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on concise and effective communication
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
