Lead Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide leadership in the areas of quality, health and safety, environmental and business systems.
The role is critical to the success of our business and involves working closely with all levels of the organisation to develop and implement best practice strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring food safety practices at the site are at acceptable standards by working closely with customers, suppliers and industry experts.
- Leading the investigation of quality non-conformances using structured problem-solving tools and implementing corrective actions.
- Developing and leading the audit process of the site's quality program to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Driving a positive culture towards safety and quality best practices.
- Managing continuous implementation of good manufacturing practices.
Requirements include experience working in a quality and food safety role in a high-volume complex manufacturing environment, demonstrated problem solving, technical and communication skills, and internal audit qualifications.
We are looking for curious individuals who thrive in an environment of change and are passionate about delivering safety, quality and continuous improvement processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems and be able to drive improvement initiatives across the organisation.
