Reporting to the Manager, Quality and Regulatory Practice the role is responsible in leading the development and expansion of the VBA Quality Management System (QMS). Key functions include the coordination of process integrity/competence, quality assurance/monitoring, internal quality audit, and knowledge management capabilities.

- Experience leading high output teams to deliver solutions in line with business expectations
- Experience working to challenging deadlines and objectives in an operational project environment
- Exceptional conceptual, analytical and systematic thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive and plan complex projects and work programs aligned with business objectives

Current public sector employees at the same grade will be considered for a transfer of entitlements with evidence. A request above entry level may be considered in certain circumstances.
