Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project contracting processes, coordinating supplier sourcing, and critically appraising contracts documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diversified supply chain and coordinate supplier sourcing.
- Critically appraise contracts documents and manage contractual relationships as required.
- Support clients to ensure that contract documents are in strict accordance with Legal approved contract templates.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents.
- Prepare Change Management processes as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial management/quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices.
- Experience with large-scale construction projects in data center or hi-tech industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, as well as work well in a team environment.
