Your role will involve conducting customer-focused scheduled and 'breakdown' services, recording notes and filing service records appropriately, and providing high-level customer service to help customers solve their material handling needs.

  • Conduct customer-focused scheduled and 'breakdown' services.
  • Record notes and file service records appropriately.
  • Access to industry-leading training and development and grade progression opportunities.
  • Maintain up to date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, new products and services.
  • Partner with the Company and maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.
