Job Overview

This role involves collaborating closely with project managers to ensure risks, issues, schedules, and project change controls are up-to-date and accurate. You will review and raise awareness of data quality concerns to program managers, helping to facilitate divestment activities.

Responsibilities
  • Review and raise awareness of data quality concerns to program managers.
  • Establish and maintain Steering Committee Terms of Reference and Governance models.
  • Manage various reports, data sets, and data points.
  • Produce Steering Committee papers and Working Group materials.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Project delivery experience in financial services transformation.
  • Experience in similar PMO Lead, Project Analyst, or PMO Analyst roles.
  • Superior skills using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Financial services industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) providing leadership and direction of major transformational/business portfolio/enterprise PMO or program delivery function.
