Engineering Leadership Opportunity

Are you a talented engineer looking to take on a leadership role and drive innovation in the field of civil and structural engineering? We are seeking an experienced Principal Design Engineer to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer to lead and grow a small design team, mentoring junior engineers and overseeing their work. You will be responsible for breaking down larger design scopes into smaller parts, assessing hours for each stage and providing competitive offers to clients (tendering). Additionally, you will manage scopes within agreed budgets, utilizing resources efficiently, including those based overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a small design team, including mentoring junior engineers.
  • Mentor junior design engineers and oversee their work.
  • Competently break down larger design scopes into smaller parts to assess hours for each stage and provide competitive offers to clients (tendering).
