Senior Leadership Position Available

We are seeking an accomplished individual to fill a senior leadership position within our Brisbane office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and the future work pipeline, as well as developing and mentoring a team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have significant engineering design experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and develop business development strategies
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers
  • Interface with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
  • Chartered member of Institute of Engineers Australia or equivalent
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) or equivalent
  • At least 15 years of experience in structural engineering
