**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to learn new skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent customer service.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a strong culture of safety at all times, including correct use of equipment. They will also undertake departmental procedures as per company standards and ensure high levels of merchandising and presentation standards in their work area.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate stock levels and maintain a clean and tidy working area to avoid trip hazards and impede customer flow.
  • Operate and balance the cash register, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive, welcoming workplace by following instructions from managers and adhering to company policies.
  • Develop strong communication skills and build relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Maintain high personal presentation and uniform standards, ensuring a professional image at all times.

Requirements:

  • Able to work weekends and develop strong teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with an extrovert personality.
  • Ability to learn new skills and take instructions from management.
  • Keen to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
