Senior Assurance Leader

As a seasoned risk professional, you will contribute to the bank's continued success by shaping its future through proactive assurance and oversight.
This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in non-financial risk matters, leading structured assurance reviews and developing targeted reviews as required.
- Lead, plan, and perform assurance reviews with a focus on capacity building and strategic planning.
- Develop and execute against a risk-based assurance plan, creating value for the organization.
- Provide insightful reports and recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You will provide non-financial risk reporting to senior management and board committees as required.
Our ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in operational and compliance governance risk roles, technical knowledge in non-financial risk disciplines, and proven assurance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams in conducting assurance reviews.
- Develop and implement assurance plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify and report on key risks and control weaknesses.
