Your Role

We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Child Wellbeing Specialist to be based at our Head Office. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to strengthening our child-safe culture by offering support, coaching, and mentorship to center directors regarding safeguarding practices. Additionally, you will work closely with educators to enhance their understanding and capabilities in child protection and wellbeing.

Qualifications for Success

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience in providing guidance on child protection and safeguarding
  • Knowledge of child protection legislation
  • Understanding of Child Safe Organisation principles and the child protection framework in NSW
  • Current clearance for paid work, including a Working with Children Check (WWCC)
