Disability Support Worker Opportunity in Chelsea Heights

We are seeking skilled Disability Support Workers to join our team in Chelsea Heights and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing care and support to people with disabilities.

The successful candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities, particularly those with communication needs. Auslan skills are highly regarded in this role.

The role involves supporting individuals with their daily living activities, including personal care, social support, transport, and rehabilitation assistance. If you are currently studying or looking for a new career path, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

We offer a range of shifts, including afternoons, evenings, mornings, and nights, as well as penalty rates for weekend and public holiday work. The location of the role is based in person at various locations across Chelsea Heights and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with their daily living activities
  • Provide social support and transportation services
  • Assist with rehabilitation and recovery programs
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Requirements:
