About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our residences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all cleaning requirements are met each shift, minimizing health risks and maximizing safety.
  • Interact with residents in a friendly, helpful, and positive manner, building strong relationships and promoting a sense of community.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards and protocols.

About You

  • Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, healthcare, or aged care environment.
  • Solid knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals.
  • Previous experience working with and using cleaning equipment.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for interacting with our residents and delivering exceptional care.
